Built on a Proven Legacy

Over a decade ago, we developed the first-ever industrial Flat Panel Processor (FPP), revolutionizing the dismantling and recycling of electronic displays. Today, over 14 systems based on that technology operate across Europe. The KR-200 builds on that foundation — compact, smart, connected, and faster than ever.

What the KR-200 Does

The KR-200 fully automates the dismantling of flat panel screens. It separates hazardous components and recovers high-value materials in a clean, enclosed environment.

How It Works

1) Intake & Scan

Automatic feed via conveyor. AI vision detects size, type and position to plan cutting paths.

2) Precision Opening

Smart Cutting Module separates layers safely, adapting to thickness and construction.

3) Localized Extraction

Captures dust and vapors (including mercury) directly at the source with filtered airflow.

4) Sorted Output

Recovered fractions (PCBs, PMMA, metals, plastics, cables) exit ready for resale/recycling.

Materials Recovered

Each screen processed yields multiple fractions that can be resold or recycled — increasing revenue per unit.

💻 Electronic boards (PCBs)

Avg. weight: 2.43 kg

Control & lighting circuits containing recoverable precious metals.

🔆 PMMA (acrylic)

Avg. weight: 0.62 kg

Optical-grade plastic used for light diffusion; highly recyclable.

🧲 Ferrous metals (steel)

Avg. weight: 0.61 kg

Structural frames and enclosures.

🪙 Aluminum

Avg. weight: 0.39 kg

Back panels and heat-dissipation parts.

🧩 ABS & mixed plastics

Avg. weight: 0.17 kg

From housings and internal structures.

🔌 Cables & wiring

Avg. weight: 0.14 kg

Copper-rich cables with recoverable connectors.

🧮 Total average: ~4.36 kg of valuable materials per screen.
